Death Poems For
The Grieving Heart
Book and CD

And So One Day

And so one day,
You will ripple down on me
From a high space
Winging in,
And I,
Running on the beach,
Will see you coming
Silver winged,
Sparkling tipped
Singling me out.
I will feel my heart extend
In its furthest reaching
I to you,
You to me.
You will embrace me in your velvet wing-span
And I will lighten,
To be lifted,
Leaving behind my song,
And an empty, unneeded shell.
